  • TM-200 / TM-300 : (Analog) (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)  The TM-200 /TM-300 cameras fit easily into all types of machine vision, automated inspection, and related applications.  Features include manual gain, gamma, AGC, and field/frame selection, electronic shuttering, and 8 shutter speeds, ranging from 1/60 sec. to 1/10,000 sec.



  • TM-200NIR / TM-300NIR : (Analog)  (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)  The TM-200NIR/TM-300NIR camera offers the same features as the TM-200 series including an excellent near-IR sensitivity.



  • TM-250 / TM-260 : (Analog)   (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)  The TM-250/TM-260 camera offers a high resolution interline transfer 1/2” CCD imager in a very tiny package. The camera’s extremely short length allows it to fit into very shallow spaces.  The camera features: external adjustments include gain, AGC, shutter, gamma, field/frame external sync, asynch reset, reset-restart and variable asynch shutter.

  • TM-250NIR / TM-260NIR : (Analog)  (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)  The TM-250NIR/TM-260NIR camera offers the same features as the TM-200 series including an excellent near-IR sensitivity.



  • TM-72EX / TM-62EX :  (Analog)  (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)    The TM-72EX (RS-170) and TM-62EX (CCIR) cameras provide users with the advantages of a large 2/3" format CCD within a tiny, robust package.  These cameras are virtually identical to the popular JAI PULNiX TM-7EX series, except for the larger format CCD.



  • TM-745E/TM-765E  / TM-745i/TM-765i series :  (Analog)  (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager, TM-7x5i series available only for 50 pc orders )  The TM-745E is a high resolution black and white shutter camera with a built-in edge enhancing capability and uniform MTF characteristics.  The TM-745I has electronic iris (instead of edge enhancement).  Features include asynchronous reset, full frame integration, AGC defeated, blemish free imagers, internal IR cut filter, gamma = 1, and remote imagers.

  • TM-7EG: (Analog)  (No longer available in CCIR)  (Available only for 50 pc orders)    1/2"  The PULNiX TM-7EG is a miniature, cylindrical monochrome camera with external sync capability.  Although measuring only 17mm in diameter, it uses a 1/2” high resolution (768 x 494) circular CCD.  Features include gamma selection, AGC or manual gain control, external sync capability, and variable shutter control (option).

Legacy Cameras (Being phased out or already obsolete)

  • TM-7 / 6 Series :  (Analog)  (Not for new designs - see TM-250 series)   (No longer available w/ OP21 - Glassless imager)      The TM-7/TM-6 Series includes the TM-7CN, TM-7EX, & the TM-7AS.  The miniature cameras feature high speed shutter capability, asynchronous reset, gain, gamma, AGC, and field/frame selection, pixel clock output, and external sync (AS and EX models only).

  • TM-5LC : (Analog) (Obsolete product - call or email for replacement options)   1/2"  The PULNiX TM-5LC is an ultra miniature monochrome shutter camera with automatic electronic exposure control.  Designed for self-contained miniature camera applications, the TM-5LC provides a low cost & robust solution for replacing remote head cameras.  The TM-5LC has a built-in automatic shutter (electronic iris or electronic exposure control) to provide a wide dynamic range.

  • TM-75 / TM-76 :  (Analog)  (Obsolete product - call or email for replacement options)   The TM-75/TM-76 camera offers a high-resolution interline transfer 1/2” CCD imager in a small package.  The camera’s form factor, pin-out, timing, shuttering, and mounting holes are designed specifically as a replacement for the popular Sony XC-75 (TM-75) or XC-75CE (TM-76).  This makes the camera an excellent alternative in major machine vision systems where the XC-75 is qualified.

  • TM-7200 / TM-6200 series :   (Analog, Digital)   (Obsolete product - call or email for replacement options)    The JAI PULNiX TM-7200/TM-6200 is a high res. monochrome shutter camera with asynchronous reset capability and built-in video frame memory with 8-bit RS-422 digital output.  Designed as a basic machine vision or automated inspection imaging sensor, the TM-7200 provides low cost image capture and storage functions right in the camera.  The TM-7200/TM-6200 asynchronously resets upon external command, then holds and scans out a captured field image until the next reset signal is input.  A convenient rotary selector switch on the rear of the camera is used to select one of eight different shutter modes up to 1/31,500 sec.
